  • NEW Support Control Center 2.0: Better ticket routing (tenant, organization, Tuurio), clearer SLA/age visibility and optimized approval flows.
  • NEW Trace-Flow causal chain: Interactive step explanations, new docs page and clearer semantics for access decision status (ALLOWED, DENIED, NOT_REQUIRED, MISSING_REQUIRED).
  • FIX Improved support session stability (pause/resume, timer behavior and routing back to workspace/dashboard).
