Refund policy

This refund policy applies to all digital products and services offered by Tuurio GmbH.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under applicable consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days without giving reasons.

Deadline: 14 days from the date of contract conclusion (first payment date or subscription start date).

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. For Germany (DE) and Austria (AT) self-service subscriptions billed via Mollie, cancellation stops automatic renewal at the end of the current billing period. For subscriptions billed via Paddle, cancellation follows the active Paddle billing flow. In both cases, the current billing period remains active until its end.

Refunds

Refunds are reviewed case by case. For Germany (DE) and Austria (AT) self-service subscriptions billed via Mollie, please contact Tuurio support within 14 days of the charge. For subscriptions billed via Paddle as Merchant of Record, Paddle's buyer and billing flow may also apply in addition to Tuurio support review.

Trial periods

Trial periods are non-binding and end automatically without costs. A paid subscription starts only if you actively consent (e.g. by clicking "Switch to subscription now").

Non-refundable services

Services already used, usage-based fees, or individually provided services are generally excluded from refund unless legal obligations require otherwise.

EU consumer notice

Statutory consumer rights apply for consumers within the EU. For digital services, the right of withdrawal may expire once contract performance has started and you explicitly consented.
